Can my dog be in the yard while you scoop?
Friendly dogs are more than welcome to hang out with us! If your dog is skittish or protective please keep them inside for our safety and make sure doggie doors are secure
Do I need to be home when you scoop?
Nope! As long as we have access to the yard and any non-friendly dogs are secure we can clean without you being home.
Will I know what day/time you are coming?
We will give you a specific day for your clean which will be a day we are servicing other homes in your area. Timing will vary based on the amount of yards we are scooping.
How will I know you are coming?
We give a courtesy text 15-30 minutes before we head over to scoop!
